3 tablespoons of unpopped popcorn
2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
1 teaspoon of dried chilli flakes
1 teaspoon of garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 teaspoon of white pepper
1) First add the oil to a heavy bottom based pan and heat.
2) Add all the ingredients except the popcorn to the pan and stir. Cook for about 30 seconds.
3) Add the popcorn and immediately cover the pan.
4) The corn should start popping soon, when finished popping, transfer to a heatproof bowl and serve.
Be careful, only add 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper, I over it did it a bit and added a whole spoon. The corn was nice, but very, very hot. The 2nd batch was better with the slight change!!
