Take 3 ingredients: Herbed toast

These are large slices of bread, which can be served with ham, cheese, soup or simply enjoyed on their own as a snack.

Serves 2

2 large slices of ciabatta bread
4 tbsp rosemary and garlic oil
1/2 tbsp of fennel seeds

Drizzle enough oil over the ciabatta to lightly coat each side.
Toast one side of the ciabatta under the grill.
Turn over the ciabatta, and sprinkle over the fennel seeds on the untoasted side.
Toast the other side of the ciabatta, when golden brown, remove from grill and serve.
