Take 3 ingredients: 5 Spice Chicken

4 Chicken thighs
5 spice powder
4 tbsps Olive oil

Mix the 5 spice with the oil to form a paste. Coat the chicken and allow to marinate in the fridge for at least an hour or over night if possible

Pan fry the chicken on each side until golden brown, at least 6-7 mins

Serve with egg noodles, pasta, boiled potatoes or rice.

Alternative: Try this with salmon, turkey or pork.
