This is a quick dessert to make, idea after a heavy meal, or for a quick treat. Could also be used as a simple Valentine’s Day pud, especially for weight watchers.
(To serve 1)
4 teaspoons of thick coconut yogurt (greek organic if you can get it)
6 fresh raspberries
- In a mini ramekin or shot glass, place the yogurt and level off the top with the back of the spoon
- Carefully top off the yogurt with the raspberries
- Sprinkle the raspberries with chocolate sprinkles
- Chill in the fridge until ready to serve
