Ginger Strawberry Smoothie

I’m on a health kick at the moment.  Don’t worry it won’t last long LOL.

Ingredients:

2 cups yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 ball of stem ginger

1 tbsp of ginger syrup (taken from the stem ginger jar)

10 oz strawberries

2 tbsp orange juice

1 tbsp honey

Method:

Whizz all the ingredients up in a blender and serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes in the fridge and serve. You can decorate the glass with a whole strawberry. Enough for 4 servings 🙂
