This is a bit of a cheat recipe, but heck, why make your life complicated?
- half a jar of good quality mayo, about 250 – 300 ml
- 1 large garlic clove, crushed or grated
- white pepper, to taste
Mix the ingredients together – and you’re done!
Useful as an alternative salad dressing or a dip to serve with vegetables. Particularly lovely with chips. Try using roast garlic for an intense favour, or swapping the white pepper for black, cayenne or even using garlic and/ or onion granules for an extra kick.
