Spiced Rose Honey Yogurt with Pistachios

I have tons of yogurt in the fridge thanks to my experiments earlier this week.  Here is another recipe featuring rose water.

Serves 4

6 tbsp honey
2-3 drops of rose water
34 oz extra thick Greek yogurt
1/2 cup pistachios, coarsely chopped
1 tbsp cardamom seeds, toasted and slightly crushed


  1. In a small bowl, mix the honey and rose water until combined.
  2. In another bowl, stir the cardamom seeds into the yogurt.
  3. Divide the spiced yogurt between 4 small serving bowls and sprinkle each with the chopped pistachios.
  4. Top the spiced yogurt with a drizzle of the honey mixture and serve.
