Take 3 Ingredients: Greek Yogurt with Pistachios

Hello,

This recipe as ever is so simple and quick to make. It serves as a great pudding to round off a Greek salad or other light lunch.  Healthy too!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of thick Greek yogurt
1 tbsp honey (or enough to suit your taste)
1 tbsp pistachios, unsalted

Method:

Place the yogurt in a serving dish, add the honey and top off with the pistachios.

Enjoy!
