It was touch and go there for a while, but I have at last recovered from yesterday’s hard task of starting the sourdough culture. Phew!
Today, I have to add another 80 g of flour and water to the culture. Here is the before picture –
and here is the after shot –
The mixture is becoming think and has a slight, pleasant yeast scent. I guess so far, so good.
Come back tomorrow to see what happens next! It does get more exciting … no really!
