Take 3 ingredients: Grilled Pineapple


I had half a pineapple left over from breakfast, and to ring in the changes I came up with this simple recipe.



  1. Slice the pineapple into 8 thin wedges.
  2. Place the wedges onto a baking sheet lined with foil.
  3. Drizzle the honey over the pineapple and then sprinkle the allspice on top.
  4. Grill under a moderate temperature for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Serve with yogurt and some extra honey for a breakfast treat.  Also great as a dessert, or as a quick barbecue sweet.
