Yesterday, I was asked to help out at a wonderful music festival in Croydon, an area of Surrey I had never visited, but heard a lot about. As it turns out, Croydon is a very vibrant and lively town, populated with highly musically talented people, many of whom showcased their skills at the annual event held, at the Royal Russell School.
I’m grateful to the Festival organisers, who allowed me the opportunity to demonstrate my live production sound engineering skills, and hope to do so again in the not too distant future. I for one had a lovely weekend and feel both blessed and in awe of the multitude of talent showcased over the sunny weekend.
Britain’s Got Talent? … X Factor? … The Voice? … Eat yer heart out! If you want to see and hear talent, pop down to Croydon, before it’s too late!
